If you want your personal data removed, you can request deletion by contacting us from the email address associated with your account.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@badmgmt.au.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address you use to sign in.

What We Delete

  • Authentication-linked membership profile data where applicable.
  • Associated membership/check-in records required to be deleted by your request.

Processing Time

We aim to confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless legal or security obligations require limited retention.
